I specialize in black and grey realism — including portraits, cover-ups, restorations, and miniature detail.

I’ve been tattooing professionally since 2012 and independently as Pac Is Art since 2015. I built my name in Tampa and now work from my private studio in St. Petersburg, offering a focused one-on-one experience. Cover-ups and fix-up tattoos are among my favorite projects — transforming old work into something meaningful and new.

Every tattoo is a collaboration. It’s your tattoo, but my artwork — crafted to be unique, timeless, and powerful enough to spark conversation even with those who don’t wear tattoos themselves.
